A full kitchen with a balcony is included with the whole apartment. Great rising location with lots of retail & restaurants nearby. It's very close to, 'Fresh Thyme' grocery store, on Polaris Pkwy. Have Indian grocery store nearby. Apartment is facing the road, so will have lots of daylight. We have a TV that is open for use. Free WIFI. The washer and dryer hooked up as well. Leasing office has Gym and pool that can be used.
