We need to move out of Columbus in September (Sep 15 or 20 or could be negotiable). We are looking for someone to take over our lease. Our lease is still good for 8 months, until June 2024. It is a 2B1Ba apartment, but pretty spacious (933 sqft), Polaris area, very near to shopping center Polaris Fashion Place and eateries. On top of that, it belongs to Olentangy school district! It is managed by a nice community. Our apartment is on second floor in a three stories building. It would be perfect for both winter and summer.
