What You'll Do • Perform eyebrow and facial threading services • Provide full-body and facial waxing services • Apply lash extensions, lash lifts, and lash tinting • Perform customized facials and skincare treatments • Recommend retail products and treatment plans • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to Ohio State Board standards • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships Qualifications • Active Ohio Esthetician License (required) • Experience with threading, waxing, facials, and lash services • Strong communication and client consultation skills • Professional appearance and positive attitude • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Weekend availability preferred What We Offer ?
